"I started with Juliana in September 2019. My situation was not the best because I was not at 100%
of my abilities. I was indeed coming out of surgery, after an injury depriving me of sports activities
since July.
Once my application was accepted, Juliana began thinking about how to start my training and we
discussed the ways to deal with this post-injury period.
The goal we had set to ourselves was to participate in the competitions of April 2020. That was
about 7 months ahead of us.
After 2 years working with my previous preparer (whom I thank very much, by the way), my shape
was correct. As Bikini competitor, I wanted to evolve in Wellness since I did not meet the bikini
criteria by showing too massive legs.
